Return Policy
We want you to love our shoes. Pretty simple, right? If you ordered the wrong size or have any other questions, you can exchange or return your item at any time within the U.S. for free as long as:
Your item is unworn, undamaged, in resaleable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on the sole), and comes with the original packaging.
Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow 15 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact us.
Refunds
All refunds credited within 30 days of the original purchase date will be credited to the original form of payment. If you return all or part of an item purchased with a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card. We are unable to issue cash refunds for items purchased with gift cards.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 within the U.S. We also offer free returns on items valued at $200 or more
Expedited shipping orders placed after 2pm EST will not be shipped the same day. Please note that orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer return
Order Changes and Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped quickly after the order is placed to ensure your shoes arrive as quickly as possible. Therefore, any order changes (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be made as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that any changes will be made after your order is placed. Order changes may be subject to a fee of $17.60 depending on how long it has been since your order was placed.

Lost or Damaged Items
If the order is protected by shipping, we will replace any items lost or damaged in shipping
Defective/Flawed Products
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you experience any defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us so our customer support team can assist you
Repeat Returns
We offer free shipping and returns to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We also monitor the number of customer returns and persistent returns that violate our terms and conditions. Repeat returns will be flagged and may result in increased shipping charges, restocking fees for future returns, or rejection of future orders at our discretion.
Final Sale
Any item purchased as a Final Sale is not returnable or exchangeable.
